Our story began in 1983, when our founders, Art and Carrie Knieper, saw a need for high-quality painting and cleaning services in the Outer Banks and its surrounding areas. It is now run by the founders and their son, Nick Knieper. With a passion for interior design and a strong work ethic, Pamlico Painting & Cleaning was started with the goal of delivering exceptional services to homeowners and businesses alike. 

Over the years, Pamlico Painting & Cleaning has built a reputation for quality, reliability, and exceptional customer service. We are proud to have worked on a wide range of projects, from small residential jobs to large commercial buildings, and everything in between. Our team of skilled professionals takes pride in their work, using only the finest materials and techniques to ensure that each project will withstand the elements and weather of the Outer Banks.
